Enrollment in PFA Fitness programs is subject to availability and completion of any required intake forms or health screening processes we deem appropriate. We reserve the right to decline enrollment or discontinue services for any participant whose participation we reasonably believe poses a health or safety risk.
Participants are responsible for informing their coach of any health conditions, injuries, or medications that may affect their participation. Failure to disclose relevant health information removes our ability to make informed program modifications on your behalf.
Fees for programs and services are communicated at the time of enrollment. All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars. Payment terms, due dates, and accepted payment methods are specified in the service agreement or invoice provided at enrollment. Fees are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Our cancellation and refund policy is set out in our Refund Policy. Please review it before enrolling in any program or purchasing any service.
