This Refund Policy sets out the terms under which PFA Fitness ("we," "our," or "us"), located at 622 3 St SW, Dauphin, MB R7N 1R5, Canada, will issue refunds or credits for programs, sessions, and services purchased.

Initial consultations offered at no charge are not subject to a refund policy. They do not constitute a purchase and carry no financial obligation.
If you need to cancel a scheduled session, we ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled start time. Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice will be rescheduled at no charge or credited to your account for future use.
Cancellations made with fewer than 24 hours' notice, and sessions where a participant does not attend without prior notice (no-show), may be charged the full session fee at our discretion. We understand that emergencies arise; if you have exceptional circumstances, please contact us promptly and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
For multi-session program packages, a full refund is available if requested within 7 days of purchase and before any sessions have been attended. Refund requests received after this window will be considered on a pro-rated basis, with a deduction for any sessions already delivered at the standard single-session rate.
If you have attended some sessions from a package and wish to discontinue, a partial refund may be issued for the unused portion, minus any applicable administrative fee. The number of sessions remaining will be calculated from the date of the written cancellation request.
If you are unable to continue participation due to a documented medical condition or injury, we will work with you individually to find a fair resolution. This may include a full or partial refund, a credit toward future participation, or a program hold, depending on the circumstances. Documentation from a healthcare provider may be requested.
If PFA Fitness cancels a scheduled session or discontinues a program, affected participants will receive either a full refund for any prepaid unused sessions or equivalent credit toward another program, at the participant's preference.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing by email to [email protected]. Please include your full name, the program or sessions in question, the date of purchase, and the reason for the refund request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase where possible. If this is not feasible, an alternative arrangement will be agreed upon. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation. This policy is intended to operate in addition to, and not in place of, any statutory rights you may have.
