I attended the prestigious IMG Academy in Bradenton Florida where I worked with some of the best strength coaches and movements specialists in the world. At IMG, I worked with coaches with experience with top division one universities, professional organizations, and the United States Army I gained a strong foundation in the world of strength and conditioning. Playing collegiate baseball at College of the Canyons in Valencia, CA and Oklahoma Wesleyan University, as well as studying Kinesiology at one of the nations top health science programs at the University of Tulsa gave me a solid background in the strength and conditioning field. The last few years I have been working with athletes and running strength and conditioning programs. Interning under Steve Novencito of USC and Spencer Clevenger of the Miami Marlins I helped work with high school and collegiate athletes. Most Recently I interned at PFA working with the collegiate and professional baseball players running movement tests to see if they are at risk for any injuries and personalizing programs to improve movement imbalances and helping them reach their peak performance.
