Pitching Lessons
One of our specialties is helping athletes improve their pitching technique. PFA is by far the best pitching program in Southern California. Our years of pitching experience and expertise will be a huge benefit to any athlete looking to gain pitching strength and overall performance. We leave nothing to chance when training pitchers at all levels of the sport: high school, college and professional.

- $50/half hour session; for one on one private lessons

Camp
Baseball Camps
If you want to be the best, you need to work with the best. Coming to a PFA Baseball Camp is exactly what you need to boost your total game. Our one of a kind camp program combines a major emphasis on proper mechanics (i.e. throwing, fielding, hitting, and pitching) with the vital partnership we have with TEAM Physical Therapy. The physical therapists come alongside our coaching team to help with instruction and teaching proper technique for total body health.
Be aware: This is not for the casual athlete. All camp attendees will be exposed to intense physical workouts, lead by the founder of Performance Fitness for Athletes, Dave Coggin.
