PFA BASEBALL CAMP
Baseball Camp
Performance Fitness for Athletes
If you want to be the best, you need to work with the best. Coming to a PFA Baseball Camp is exactly what you need to boost your total game. Our one of a kind camp program combines a major emphasis on proper mechanics, skills, trainng and mental preperation. (i.e. throwing, fielding, hitting, injury prevention and pitching) We have a vital partnership with TEAM Physical Therapy, who will be on hand to demonstrate exercises for the shoulder, elbow and core. Also included will be instruction from me and my PFA trainers on how to get power and strength out of your own workouts. The physical therapists come alongside our coaching team to help with instruction and teaching proper technique for total body health.
Be aware: This is camp pushes your kids to work hard, each day we end with a mini strength/conditioning workout, lead by the founder of Performance Fitness for Athletes, Dave Coggin.
Special Instructors for Camp Local HS players who were Drafted to play in MLB

| What to expect | The absolute best and caring instruction you will find at any camp. Instructors will be teaching safe and proper technique on mechanics, fielding, and hitting. A large part of this camp is going to emphasize how to keep your child healthy and strong. Each day of instruction is going to finish with a member of TEAM Physical Therapy taking kids through the same shoulder and elbow routines they do for injured athletes at TEAM. (This, by itself, is worth the price of admission.) Most injuries can be avoided by taking good care of your arm. |
| Lastly | Performance Fitness for Athletes trainers will lead kids into a fun, high-energy workout. Core and total body exercise will be the emphasis with anarobic conditioning routines. This is why I am making our camp three days, with a day off for recovery in between. |
| Warning! | We will be working hard! |
